Thanks for checking out the official playtest document for character creation in Fading Age.

Fading Age is a medieval tabletop role-playing game inspired by European mythology. With a plague tearing the world apart, kingdoms begin to crumble, as nature itself has turned hostile. You are no heroes, but I'm sure you won't let yourself be defeated that easily.

Your character is shaped by their past. Roll your dice, follow the prompts, and let fate decide how this world has shaped you ... before you decide who you'll become. Choose your background, pick up your weapons, and prepare for a world that does not care whether you are ready or not.
